Jackson Blackwell (2017) was selected to represent Alaska at the 2025 Western Governors’ Association Leadership Institute and Shine Gerkariah (2024) received the David Nicklas Organ Donor Awareness Foundation Award for their advocacy and research in ethical innovation and health equity.
