Arian Simone Reed (1999) and actress Keisha Knight Pulliam (best known as Rudy on The Cosby Show) have launched a $5 million Fearless Fund to invest exclusively in early-stage businesses run by women of color.
Mike Woodward (2004) was selected as 2019 Young Leadership Council Role Model for actively contributing to the betterment of the greater New Orleans region through his work at College Track New Orleans.
Jake Basden (2002), Big Machine Label Group Senior Vice President of Publicity and Corporate Communications, has been named to PRWeek‘s annual 40 Under 40 list. Basden is the only music company PR executive named to the list. He was also named the Country Music Association’s Publicist of the Year in 2018.
Ashton Duke (2015) won the Graham C. Stebbings College Service Award at Rice University’s graduation ceremony in May. He was selected for his contributions to the residential college system and his overall university involvement by a committee of the Deans of Rice University.
Bria Savage (2012) graduated with her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine in Austin, TX, and proudly wore her Coca-Cola red cord. She will be in Austin until the end of the year and then will start her career as a travel physical therapist.
